Seven-storey Art Deco apartment building designed in 1931 by the architects Em. Dereck and P. Rouard through the radical conversion of an Art Nouveau house of 1906 by Em. Dereck and Antoine Aulbur; the same architects commissioned the conversion. The symmetrical façade, of rusticated blue stone on the ground floor and white stone and imitation stone above, is centred on a projecting bay topped by a four-storey trapezoidal oriel beneath a terrace with an iron railing. A stepped entablature, a frieze of small tori and a crowning panel with crossettes complete the decoration; the wrought-iron entrance door and front railing are preserved. The building is recorded in the legal inventory.
