An Art Deco house built in 1928 to plans by the architect Fernand Lippens. The three-storey façade, in red brick, white stone and white imitation stone above a blue-stone base, has on the white-stone ground floor a garage entrance and, grouped in a single moulded surround marked by a large ornate keystone, the door within a recessed porch and two small windows. On the first floor, an imitation-stone bow window with engaged columns and panelled spandrels carries a balcony with a wrought-iron railing; the mansard roof is pierced by two dormers. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
