Multi-family house in a restrained Art Deco style, built for Jacques Van Uffelen to a design by the architect E. Wauters dated 1930 by a façade inscription. The three-bay terraced house has five storeys under a flat roof. As prescribed, the entirely flat façade is faced with white stone on a stone plinth; its asymmetrical composition emphasises the broad side projection with a trapezoidal finish, marked by a three-sided bay window rising over three storeys and carrying a balcony with pedestals and a wrought-iron railing. Of the wooden joinery, only the entrance door with ironwork and the ground-floor windows survive. The five rented flats are served by a shared entrance and stair hall set to one side; the house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
