Art Deco house divided into flats, built in 1937 by the architect Vital Coppe, whose signature appears on the front garden wall. The two-bay, two-storey façade beneath a flat roof is in smooth yellow brick, enhanced with rendered areas and reconstituted white stone. Above a semi-sunken garage entrance rises a two-storey polygonal bow window beneath a terrace with a wrought-iron railing. Piers decorated with stepped brickwork and grilles with a geometric pattern incorporating small spheres complete the decoration; the glazed door has been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
