Art Deco middle-class house designed by the architect Camille Woerl in 1937; the top storey, set back on the former roof terrace, was added after 1996. The façade in 'Belvédère' brick with emphasised horizontal joints is enhanced with blue stone and white stoneware tiles. Above the garage entrance, a wide two-storey oriel with a curved left corner houses the entrance, approached by a curved flight of steps with a planter. Its straight sections alternate projecting courses of headers with bricks laid on end, a facing that continues upwards to form the parapet of the terrace with a tubular railing. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
