Art Deco block of flats, signed and dated 1938 on the boundary wall by the architect E. Sera. The two-storey façade beneath a flat roof, in red and yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints, is enhanced with white imitation stone, with piers featuring convex rustication. A wide oriel spanning the upper floors, its corners marked by a colonnette, shelters the entrance porch with convex walls; the stepped concrete cornice follows its projection. The glazed door with Art Deco grilles and the curved-glass frame of the side window have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
