Art Deco town house, built in 1938 by the architect Jacques Obozinski. The two-storey rendered façade beneath a mansard roof stands on a sand-faced brick plinth pierced by a garage entrance. The recessed entrance, reached by a flight of steps, opens within a multi-stepped reveal beneath an oculus, and a tall spur-shaped glass-brick light accompanies it on the right. The upper floor has three paired windows with recessed surrounds, beneath a flat concrete cornice and an attic wall. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
