This Art Deco rental building was built in 1937 by the architect Joe Ramaekers, who also designed the neighbouring house at no. 18 the same year. Its three-storey façade under a flat roof, in brick with emphasised horizontal joints enhanced with reconstituted white stone, is marked by a two-storey curved oriel faced with "glass granite". On the ground floor, the oriel sweeps in a broad curve pierced by five windows with brown ceramic jambs edged in yellow, under a concrete canopy extended over the entrance. The pedestrian and garage doors, with geometric grilles, survive.
