Art Deco house designed in 1924 by the architect-surveyor Théodore Peters. Its composition is asymmetrical, with staggered bays. The red-brick elevation is set off with bluestone and rendered elements framing the windows. The door sits beneath a cornice and a mullioned transom light; the façade has a bow window on a trapezoidal plan. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage; its window frames have been replaced.
