Art Deco town house built under a 1926 permit application to designs by the architect François Joseph Langeraert, for Ernest Beviaire. This four-storey terraced house has a cornice façade in red brick, limestone and bluestone, its centre marked by a recessed niche with a stepped surround containing a three-sided bay window over two floors. The original wooden door with wave-patterned grilles, the geometric scrollwork of the curved reveals and the decorated wheel guards show the attention to detail. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
