Art Deco corner house designed by the architect Hubert Dewelde in 1929 for the Dambremé family, whose ink and printing factory was built from 1930 onwards by the same architect in Rue Saint-Denis. The two-storey elevation, faced with brown brick and rendered elements, has two bays towards Rue Pierre Decoster and three towards the boulevard, linked by a corner bay pierced by trapezoidal-plan triple windows. The windows have trapezoidal transoms, originally adorned with lozenge-shaped stained glass; on the boulevard side, the entrance in a forebuilding lies beneath a canopy topped by stained glass lighting the stairwell. The cornice and ironwork are original, while most of the window frames have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
