Art Deco apartment building, signed and dated on the base “F. Lefever arch. 1929”; the architect built it on his own account. The four-storey front, in orange brick and render, has four bays on the upper floors. The ground floor has garage doors under trapezoidal arches, with the entrance door in the centre. The two outer bays carry trapezoidal oriels whose spandrels are decorated with floral reliefs. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
