Art Deco town house, signed and dated on the base “F. Lefever arch. 1924”. Its two storeys in white (imitation) stone, enhanced with bluestone, are topped by a mansard roof. The main bay has a first-floor balcony with a bulging wrought-iron railing and ends in a broad gabled dormer whose window, under a trapezoidal arch, opens onto a small triangular balcony. Two sgraffito panels, the one on the dormer bearing the date, complete the decoration; the ironwork and cornice are original. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
