Art Deco apartment building constructed in 1928 for the company "Construction Immeubles Confortables" and signed on the plinth by the architect Henri De Roy. Built on a reinforced-concrete frame, it has eleven bays and seven storeys, punctuated by trapezoidal oriels and balconies with wrought-iron railings; the rounded corner bay facing Avenue de l'Opale is crowned by a dome with a lantern. The main stairwell has included a lift from the outset, and the wrought-iron main door survives.
