Art Deco town house, signed and dated on the plinth « F J. Desmedt / arch - 1930 ». The two-storey façade, symmetrical on the upper floor, is in red brick with emphasised horizontal joints, enhanced with bluestone and rendered elements. The recessed entrance porch is marked by two pillars each carrying a metal lantern with stained glass, under a wooden canopy on triple brackets. On the upper floor, a trapezoidal bow window on a corbel, flanked by oblong windows, supports a terrace that interrupts the widely overhanging cornice and fronts a dormer with a polygonal roof. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
