House of Art Deco inspiration signed and dated 1933 by the architect F. Lippens and signed by the sculptor Géo Fiers. The three-storey, two-bay façade, in brick enhanced with Euville stone, is topped by a mansard roof. The front door shelters beneath a round-arched canopy on corbels, and the first floor has three paired windows within a projecting surround with stylised colonnettes. The joinery and ironwork survive; the building is recorded in the inventory but has no protected status.
