Former pool pavilion of the Francqui estate, built in 1935 by the architect Jules Ghobert, with Art Deco and neoclassical inspiration. The estate was divided into lots in the mid-1950s; the pavilion, converted into a single-family house in 1954, is single-storey, with a symmetrical plan circular to the east and rectangular to the west, and a raised central part topped by a dome. It opens onto the garden through a colonnaded gallery of six piers with Doric capitals; the garden retains traces of the former swimming pool.
