Three-storey Art Deco house built in 1924 by the architect Jean de Ligne. Its brick elevation, enhanced with white stone, is pierced by rectangular openings; on the left, the door and a small grilled window are set within a large white-stone surround. The upper floors, set between two pilasters, each have three paired windows under lintels of upright bricks marked by tall keystones. An entablature frieze punctuated by projecting upright bricks precedes the mansard roof, which is lit by a wide dormer. The building is recorded in the inventory.
