Art Deco apartment building resulting from the thorough remodelling in 1933, to designs by the architect Léon De Greef, of a neoclassical house of 1869 (architect Léon Emmanuel Govaerts). The façade, rendered in white imitation stone, has two unequal bays and five storeys, including a mezzanine. The ground floor, faced in black marble, has a fine, openwork wrought-iron door with a flower motif. The rectangular windows, horizontal in the main bay, have wrought-iron railings, and two dormers pierce the roof beneath a widely overhanging cornice. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
