Art Deco apartment building erected in 1924 by the Jules De Waele firm to plans by J. Steuve, replacing an older building. It has six storeys; the ground floor was altered in 1974 by the architect G. Lacasse, with a polished granite facing. The brick upper floors carry white imitation-stone decoration (bands, sills, surrounds, entablature) whose composition varies slightly from one floor to the next. The rectangular windows, some mullioned or in triplets, have flat surrounds with keystones and wrought-iron rails, beneath a modillion cornice. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
