A pair of Art Deco houses built to an almost symmetrical scheme following a 1923 building-permit application, to plans by the architect Jean De Ligne. The dark-brick façades, of three storeys on a rubble-stone plinth, originally had symmetrical ground floors with an arched entrance in a porch; no. 26 was later converted into a shop. No. 24 has a wide window on the first floor; no. 26 a tripartite window in a narrow brick oriel with bluestone corners. The window breasts and panels are decorated with stylised foliage.
