Art Deco apartment house built on the corner of Rue Frans Binjé by the architect Henri Van Hall in 1929. The orange-brick façade, enhanced with white imitation stone and white stone, has two storeys beneath a mansard roof, with two bays on the street side and five bays facing the avenue. The entrance bay, with staggered levels, rises through the cornice; there the door beneath a canopy is topped by two oblong windows with two mullions. The openings have dentilled lintels and four dormers, two of them at the corners, crown the building. The door with its grilled opening, the small-paned frames, the stained-glass transoms and the front-garden railing survive; the building is recorded in the inventory.
