Art Deco house with modernist influences, designed by the architect Victor Marres in 1929. The three-storey façade, in yellow brick, plays on decorative brickwork and is enhanced with white stone on a blue-stone base. The ground and second floors are spanned by continuous lintels of brick soldier courses; the first floor is fronted by a trapezoidal bow window with three paired windows with concrete transoms. The original joinery survives: wooden doors with geometric panels on the ground floor and metal window frames on the upper floors. The house is recorded in the inventory.
