Eclectic block of flats designed in 1911 by the architect Aloys Joseph Otto, first occupied by a bakery and pastry shop, then refaced in the Art Deco style in 1927 by the architect Jean Dedecker for the company La Médicale. On the corner of Rue Fernand Neuray and Rue Emmanuel Van Driessche, the light brick façades set off with artificial stone feature segmental-arched openings and fluted spandrels. A central bay with a stepped gable and the corner bay are fronted by oriels, the latter crowned by an imposing dormer under an imperial roof. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
