Maison de rapport Art déco, avenue Rogier 299

Art Deco rental house on an asymmetrical plot, designed in 1933 by the surveyor Gaston Vandenhout for a member of his family. The three-storey elevation, symmetrical on the upper floors, ends in a flat roof. The façade combines glazed white brick and black ceramic tiles, with a shallow trapezoidal oriel. On the ground floor, the small-paned windows and the door with its geometric grille survive. The house is recorded in the inventory.
