Art Deco tenement house dating from 1924, set back from the street. Originally of two storeys under a mansard slope and flat roof, it has on the left a projecting wing of two bays linked by an angled bay, topped by a through dormer with a polygonal gable and fitted with a small triangular oriel on a carved corbel. From the outset a coach house with a caretaker's dwelling flanked it on the right; this was raised by one storey and given a garage in 1928. The rendered elevation has windows with dentilled transoms, octagonal oculi and bas-reliefs with plant motifs. The glazed and grilled main door, some stained-glass window frames and the geometric railing of the front setback survive; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
