Art Deco apartment building designed in 1931 by the architect Jean-Baptiste De Vuyst, the result of the thorough remodelling of a house from 1901. The brick façade, four storeys high with two unequal bays on the upper floors, has rendered bay panels and entablature. The symmetrical ground floor is faced with black ceramic tiles set off by a fillet of gilded mosaic, with a pedestrian door flanked by two garage doors. In the main bay, the upper floors are fronted over their full height by a trapezoidal oriel, beneath a wooden cornice. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
