Art Deco corner block of flats built in 1925 by the architect Josse Mouton on the corner of the Rue des Champs-Élysées. The seven-storey, nine-bay elevation combines a bluestone ground floor, a fifth floor in white stone and red brick, beneath a mansard roof with six dormers. A terrace forms the corner on the first floor and two continuous balconies enliven the sixth. Inside, the plan recalls an M: the ground floor holds six garages and a small flat, and each upper floor contains one spacious flat; the joinery and ironwork are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
