Art Deco block of flats built in 1927 by the architect Georges Hobé. The four-storey, three-bay façade rises in white stone on a bluestone base. Its windows are rectangular, and segmental-arched on the third floor. The second and third floors are fronted by continuous covered balconies whose railings are decorated with geometric motifs and small Ionic columns; the joinery and ironwork are partly preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
