Art Deco block of flats built in 1935 by the architect Lamblin. The three-bay, four-storey façade combines a bluestone ground floor with upper floors in red brick and white stone, pierced by rectangular windows, the door being round-arched. The side bays are marked by a trapezoidal oriel underlined by a mosaic frieze with geometric motifs. Originally designed for shops, the ground floor is now used as housing; the joinery and ironwork are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
