Single-family house with an Art Deco cement-rendered façade, created to plans drawn up in 1928 by the architect Edmond Boileau by remodelling a neoclassical building of the 1840s. It now has three storeys and two bays of unequal width. The wide right-hand bay has a ground-floor opening with a broken-line lintel and, on the upper floors, three-sided windows set in a shallow trapezoidal bow window. On the second floor the spandrels are fluted or decorated with a bowl of fruit, and the door and window joinery has characteristic geometric divisions. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
