Printing works of the newspaper "Le Courrier de la Bourse et de la Banque", built in 1929 and signed "th. marchal / architecte-brux." on the left jamb of the carriage entrance. The three-storey, five-bay building has a concrete structure behind a cement-rendered Art Deco facade. Wide rectangular windows open between plain colossal pilasters, fluted in the entrance bay, which is crowned by a kind of straight pediment.
