Art Deco apartment building built to 1927 designs by the architects A. and H. Vandaele. Beneath a mansard roof, it has six storeys and four symmetrically arranged bays, in a façade of brick and imitation stone. The outer bays are marked by semicircular bow windows crowned by a dormer with a curved gable, while the central bays have moulded balconies. On the ground floor, shop windows flank the private entrance.
