Four-storey, three-bay apartment building erected to plans by the architect J. Obozinski dated 1929. The Art Deco building, in brick on a base of imitation stone and bluestone, stands out for its trapezoidal openings, including the ground-floor shop window. At the centre they form a triangular oriel on stepped corbels. The window frames are original and the roof has been raised; during construction, the crowning of the neighbouring house on the corner of Rue des Vierges was reworked. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
