Art Deco building designed as a hotel-restaurant in 1929 by the architect Georges Maillé for the Van Belle cabaret-restaurant, founded in 1905 at neighbouring no. 41; it replaced an older house with a tall reinforced-concrete building, with the restaurant on the ground floor and hotel rooms above. The ground floor has been completely altered, but the symmetrical upper floors still form a vast oriel with a shaped plan in artificial stone and white stone, punctuated by giant pilasters decorated with stylised flowers and topped by a wooden cornice. The hotel complex, extended over the course of the 20th century, was entirely reconfigured in 2015-2016. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory.
