A house in the geometric Art Deco idiom, designed in 1932 by Ernest Apers (unsigned building application), who also altered its rear extension in 1934. Its façade of two bays and three storeys beneath a flat roof features panels of decorative orange brickwork between red brick pilaster strips carrying the brackets of the cornice. The window bay ends in a three-sided oriel that becomes curved on the top storey, and the door bay has a canopy and an octagonal fanlight in an elaborate surround.
Translated from the French original.
