A festival hall with café, administrative rooms and ballroom, built for the socialist society "De Voorzorg" to plans by G. Boghemans of Menen and opened in 1930. The main building (no. 1, the former café) is in red brick with bluestone, four bays wide and three storeys high. Its strict façade composition comes close to geometric Art Deco; the adjoining gateway bay faced in yellow brick, leads to the film and theatre hall set further back at no. 3.
