Maison Art déco, boulevard de la Cambre 31

Wide Art Deco house, signed and dated on the façade by the architect Servais Mayné, 1928. The rendered elevation, enlivened with brick and white stone, has three storeys and three bays. The ground floor has three doors under segmental arches, the front door in the centre. The tall windows, with stepped surrounds, are mostly paired and protected on the first floor by a wrought-iron railing; the original door survives and the house is recorded in the inventory.
