Art Deco corner apartment building designed in 1935 by the architect Servais Mayné on the site of a town house of 1840, on the corner of Avenue de la Toison d'Or (nos. 60b to 60d). The rendered elevation has eight storeys, the top one an attic storey raised in 1996. The five-bay façade is treated in varied ways: a corner bay forming a polygonal turret on the upper floors, two bays with triangular oriels, one bay fronted by balconies of the same plan with parapets, and a last bay pierced by oculi. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
