Art Deco house built in 1929 to plans by the architect A. Beniest, with three storeys, in brick and partly rendered. It has a wide double door, partly openwork and grilled, and a ground-floor window fitted with geometric stained glass in the transom and privacy panel. The second level is fronted by a curved bow window, with spandrels and band articulated by flutes, which supports a terrace enclosed by a wrought-iron railing. A dentilled frieze runs beneath the wooden cornice with fine modillions, and the joinery is in oak. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
