Art Deco apartment building on the corner of avenue Auguste Rodin (nos 23-25), designed by the architect and surveyor A. Beniest in 1932. The five-storey elevation in brick and white stone has ten bays: six towards rue Alphonse Hottat, one on the corner and three towards the avenue. The openings are segmental-arched on the first three levels and rectangular above, over a channelled ground floor. Oriels of gently curved outline run through the first two floors of the corner bay and of two bays on the street, topped by terraces with iron railings; joinery and ironwork are original. From the outset the ground floor housed garages and the caretaker's flat, with three apartments on each upper floor. The building is recorded in the inventory.
