Art Deco industrial building erected in 1936 by the architect Valère Nobus, on the boundary between Saint-Gilles and Forest. In 1963 it became a paper depot for the De Grève et Wauters printing works. Its gabled front in brick and bluestone has three bays separated by pilasters with glyphs. The symmetrical elevation is centred on a carriage entrance topped by a large rectangular entablature, flanked by mullioned windows. The building is recorded in the inventory.
