Maison Art déco, rue de Serbie 31

Small Art Deco house dated 1928, with a symmetrical elevation in brick and rendered concrete, of two storeys and three unequal bays. The central door sits beneath a canopy topped by a corbelled brick motif forming an inverted pyramid. On the upper floor, a small central window is capped by a dentilled panel, between two balconies on geometric brackets with brick cheeks and wrought-iron railings. The elevation ends in a stepped architrave and a tall entablature of brickwork laid in a chequerboard pattern. The house, which retains its joinery, is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
