Art Deco house built in 1926 to plans by the architect Pierre Breugelmans, with three storeys and three bays, in brick enhanced with rendered elements. The commercial ground floor, faced with ceramic tiles, was installed in 1945 by the architects A. Froidart and P. Van Eyck. The wider central bay is fronted on the upper floors by a bow window, trapezoidal and on a corbel on the first floor, curved on the second; the rectangular windows with flat surrounds rest on chequered brick spandrels. The wooden cornice is interrupted by four large stone finials linked by wrought-iron grilles. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
