An Art Deco town house of asymmetrical composition, built in 1927 by the architect Henri Mardulyn as his own home, on a through plot reaching Rue Jules Besme. Above a bluestone base, the orange-brick façade set off with white stone has in its main bay a triple window topped by a small oriel on a trapezoidal plan; the entrance door is capped by a massive scrolled stone cornice. It now houses the Dutch-speaking community centre De Platoo. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
