An Art Deco house built in 1931 to plans by the architect Jean Gustenhoven, as an inscription carved on the façade records. The ground floor in French stone is pierced by a wide oblong opening flanked by two doors with shaped arches and flower-decorated keystones, beneath a flat arch with a chevron frieze, a motif repeated in the stained glass of the shop-window transom. On the upper floors, in brick trimmed with French stone, the windows sit within three shared reveals that stress the verticality, with projecting and fluted panels below; the small-paned frames are original. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
