Apartment building and shed in the Art Deco style designed in 1928 by Pierre De Bruyne for George Piret, for the transport company Piret et Stassart - Transports de l'Ouest, on the corner of rue de la Campine. The four-storey flat-roofed building, in brick on a bluestone base with concrete elements, has trapezoidal oriels topped by terraces, diamond-shaped windows and an entrance bay with staggered levels. The adjoining shed retains its original roof structure, custom-built to the plans of the engineer Kas of Forest. According to the inventory entry, the ensemble, typical of De Bruyne's work, still shows Beaux-Arts influences such as the round-arched openings.
