An Art Deco block of flats with commercial premises, three storeys beneath a mansard roof, on the corner of Avenue Baron Albert d'Huart and Avenue Orban, designed by the architect Willy Minnigh in 1931. The corner receives an original treatment whose form changes from floor to floor: a wide oblique bay on the ground floor, two wedge-shaped projecting bays on the first floor, a polygonal plan on the second and a polygonal gable at the top. The details, typical of Art Deco, are carefully executed: upright and stepped brickwork, geometric corbels and parapets with geometric grilles; the original ground-floor café was converted into a bank branch in 1975. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
