Three-façade villa in the Art Deco style built in 1931 by the architect Josse Goffin, who in 1939 also designed nos. 119 and 121 for the same clients. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof combines a brick ground floor enlivened with imitation stone and a rendered upper floor with brick surrounds, with mostly triple windows. The round-arched porch with stepped reveals, flanked by a trapezoidal oriel above the garage, retains its original wrought-iron door, as do the garage door and the tubular fence.
