Art Deco apartment and shop building erected in 1937 by the architect Armand Demey on the corner of Val des Seigneurs and Avenue Orban; the ground floor originally housed a shop selling household goods, wallpaper, paint and decorating supplies. Planned as a symmetrical building, it became asymmetrical after a change made during construction to create a setback towards Val des Seigneurs. Its three storeys beneath a flat roof, in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints, are pierced by horizontal rectangular windows and decorated at the corners with stepped piers and cylindrical white-stone motifs. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
